Pakistan likes to play both sides. They may have refused initially. That is why we had all these official praises coming from Iran "thanking Pakistan" the past few days. Which was odd, what did Pakistan do? Perhaps, it was a "definitely not" from the Pakistani establishment to the Americans asking Pakistan to give them access from Balochistan to attack Iran.

But now, the Americans are using their Saudi leverage. Perhaps the Saudi-Pak defense agreement obliges Pakistan to help facilitate this? I have no proof... Just connecting the dots.

If Pakistan open the Balochistan front, it is a direct short distance to the Strait of Hormuz and Iran loses its main strategic leaver.

I hope and pray this doesn't happen. But you can expect anything from Pakistani establishment.

There will be mutiny within Pakistan army and the establishment will be put to gallows if Pakistan army is asked to strike Iran on behalf of Saudia Arabia. The Generals may sign the contract but they know they wont be able to execute it without getting themselves killed..
Pakistan army is very anti israel and anti usa due to destruction of middle east..

keeping that in mind, establishment will never attack Iran

For now, its just a threat.

Unless they have some sort of master plan, which i doubt, I don't think they'll manage to take it.
