The Trillion Dollar Arab investment to USA would have to be evaluated to cover own loses to Refineries and oil revenue

Qatar-Saudi do have money , but they will have to scale back
to fix ruined refineries

UAE unsure what is situation there heard there were loosing big sums of money due to closure of their massive plane fleet and Airport Hub
