A Claim Has Been Made That At Least 1,281 Israelis Have Been Killed During The Iran War
This was produced by Tasnim News’s Hebrew Unit, who said that an average of 61 Israelis are being killed per day as a result of the war, a figure they drew from analysing Israeli cemetery data.
They argue that average uptick in daily deaths since the war - 61 additional deaths - can be corroborated when placed together with the deployment of ZAKA services 703 times.
As Israel has been deliberately covering up its deaths, especially amongst its soldiers fighting in Lebanon, something that has become undeniable & even sparked backlash amongst Israeli citizens, this is the first death toll figure provided. While this new reports figure is unverified, the Israeli government’s figures are widely viewed as unreliable and hence an accurate statistic is unavailable.
Israel has only admitted 15 deaths from Iran’s missile strikes, almost all of them prior to it imposing strict censorship laws, threatening to punish people with fines, jail time & deportation if they document Iranian attacks. Along the Lebanese border, despite losing around 30 tanks & suffering hundreds of attacks from Hezbollah, they have only announced that 2 soldiers were killed, one of them a Syrian-Druze soldier.
