The flaw in that logic is that majority Arabs today are Arab because of the process of cultural assimilation, not blood. They were Arabized and Islamicized through a slow process lasting generations. There is no "rebuild" because Iran's military capacity has not been destroyed or diminished. If it had been, Iran would have halted military attacks weeks ago. Almost 100% of Iran's military production is confined to nuclear bunkers in the mountains and also in other countries like Iraq, Yemen, and others. This is the reason the Houthis haven't yet entered this conflict; they are producing a lot of missiles and drones.
