As I said, congratulations.The US is a net petroleum exporter and the closure of the Strait has minimal impact on the US economy relative to the globe. Sure, higher air/gas prices, some inflation pressure etc…but it’s a minimal cost overall
Later, when I have a bit of time, I'll put together a simple primer on how a basic supply chain works. And will give some examples how the conflict is indeed affecting the US consumer more than you want to believe.
