Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

The optics problem for USA-Israel is that emotive semantics ring hollow when Iranian lives and livelihoods have been "held hostage" by deliberate targeting of universities, hospitals, and civilian areas during this war and prior to the war, a sanctions programme that -by the live and recorded admission of American officials themselves - was fully intended to cripple the Iranian currency.
That's fair. Yet, the GCC apparently didn't care as it wasn't affecting them directly.

Top analysts break down Iran’s war strategy and why it’s proving so difficult for the United States to counter.

Experts, including Ross Harrison and Harlan Ullman, explain how Iran is using a long-developed “diffusion strategy” — spreading influence across the region through allies in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, and Yemen — to apply pressure without direct confrontation.

As the war escalates, the U.S. faces rising costs, expanding battlefronts, and growing political pressure at home. With the involvement of groups like the Hezbollah and the Houthis, the conflict is rapidly becoming more complex.

Meanwhile, global tensions rise as oil prices surge and key routes like the Strait of Hormuz and Bab el-Mandeb face potential disruption.

When this war is over, Iran will rebuild its country back, but US won't rebuild its empire back.

As far as i know from my colleagues working in Iran, companies there import premium raw materials through UAE and finances are managed through UAE banks.
Not only UAE is gonna freeze those assets but those businesses will suffer.
Raw material supply chain will suffer severely.
UAE was a conduit of choice because of the sanctions. When this war is over, they won’t be freezing shit ,they’ll be writing checks unless they want to be completely flattened.

They won't be able to hold these after the war.

“The E-3 is aging, and its capabilities are falling behind those of some major adversaries. The Air Force’s E-3 fleet has dwindled down to 16 as the service retires less-capable planes. In fiscal 2024, E-3s had a mission-capable rate of about 56 percent, meaning a little more than half were able to fly and carry out their missions at any given time. -- Air & Space Forces
