This is where I have a problem. Do we really need a fatwa to fight Israel and US when they are bombing our country?

the war will be long, for now Israel still has air defences, Iran is firing 10-20 missiles per day, we can expect 1-2 good hits per day (more in a few weeks as Israel even depletes THAAD and David's Sling interceptors)
