This part regarding Oman is interesting. Does it mean they want Oman to be a part of it or that Oman agreed to be part of it. Two very different things and the former seems more likely to be true.

I think it would be smart to add Oman to the plan, giving them some share/income. I think the first one is more likely because the enemies are crying about Iran "is acting against international law" while they are commiting and supporting genocide everyday. Hopefully Oman somehow accepts to be part of this plan.
