God help us all if "Greater Pakistan" is uttered by our officials.

The song is banging, I have to admit. But in all seriousness, annexing Afghan land means having to re-educate the very people we just expelled via Torkham. Not worth the effort.

A nice beautiful big wall with sentry drones and landmines is much cheaper!

Let them all fight each other.

Merging whole of Afghanistan into Pak will be a blunder and end up in balkanisation of Pak. Taking Wakhan corridor and/or couple of sparsely populated areas should be the aim. Thats it. Afghans are Afghans and they will never accept being labelled as Pakistanis.

Let's hope KPK Government won't be a hurdle once again to the "border control and intelligence" in the near to mid-term future like it had been since 2019.

KP govt is the number 1 reason why security has declined in Pakistan.

It needs a full military invasion and martial law for a period of 10 years minimum.

I don't understand for how long can they tolerate this dysfunctional province.

It will result in mass invasion of Afghans into Pakistan and our culture, sensibilities and ethics will cease to exist and eventually become just as degenerate as the civilized become a minority.

A hard border with buffer and a decimated and neutered Afghanistan is the best solution.

Isreal is successful because Arabs did not pay any attention to their defenses. Do you think the world can treat Pakistan like Palestine? We may be poor, we may be brown skinned, we may not have Akhand Pakistan, Loy Pakistan or Pakistani Sultanat e Usmania dreams, but one thing is for sure no Israel or any other country can treat us like Palestine or iran. We have proven that.

Here, Iss tasveer may sab hy lal topi aur milestones to achieve b. ub khush?

Isreal has been successful becuase its has national goals that it has aligned itself as a collective. Arabs are disjointed bunch at each other throats divided over tribes and what not.

Again, why you lot are worried about external factors and opinions, what you think of yourself? As someone mentioned, roti kapra , makan is national goal? That's not national rather individual inspiration.

I got better one for you. Yeh asal topi wallay, puri qom ko topi pahnatay howay. yeh milestone hai yah tombstone? Aur kuch?

Who said we are worried about external factors and opinions? Obviously we live in world that is more connected than ever (I guess). It is our respect for others sovereignty and territory, that we do not subscribe to expansionist ideas, not a weakness or cowardice.

These are needs and not ultimate goals.

Okay you tell us what should be our goal(s)? You keep referring to Greater Pakistan, but what kind of greater Pakistan do you wish?

I am content with strong unified disciplined nation, excelling all fields. Discovering and innovating, within our existing territorial boundaries.

Hybrid system is the need of the time. You may not like it but situation in the region demands it.

They can be pushed away further.

We will take the land, not the people. We have more than enough stupid people of our own.

mass invasion of Afghans into Pakistan
Not if they have all starved themselves to death in the enclave we push them into.

If India, for example, wants to take our land, is anyone naive enough to believe they will take the people too? Of course not.

BTW, this sudden burst of Urdu, Persian, Arabic songs praising something about Pakistan or it's policies.... I believe all these songs/channels are unofficially ISPR or Govt supported.

This is how they seed ideas into the public.

Soft Power.

Thats what I am trying to explain to these Allams on this thread, yet the "messiah" lives rent free 24*7 in their upper chambers, any critcism of establishment and how they have degraded national thought process, is taken some sort of agenda pushed down to "cult" followers. Pathetic state of mind tbh.
I get your frustration at it but I think such conversations should happen. Meaning that there should always be a counter narrative and opposite viewpoint, so that we all can learn to understand, open our minds and self-reflect on what is good and bad that we are doing. Basically what we need is enlightenment rather than just sticking to one narrative and arrest our minds we should explore more ideas and opinions. Only then we can move forward. Having such discussions on this forum is good, although I will request all to respect each others view point and give counter arguments based on facts and without throwing insults.

For the past days after Eid, the most disappointing thing is that Pakistan Govt has stopped using PAF. This is terrible. They are Afraid of a few Social Media posts, and stop bombing terrorists.

One thing the Afghans forget is that during the Soviet occupation of their country, the PR campaign for Afghan supremacy against foreign invaders was largely done by the US and Pakistan.

The Americans ended it when the Soviets withdrew and they no longer needed Afghanistan, but Pakistan still supported it until 2022 as Pakistan still needed Strategic Depth.

With all that PR campaign gone, Afghanistan has disappeared into the dustbin of history while Pakistan's status has risen significantly since 2025.

The authorities on Tuesday reopened a key border crossing with Afghanistan for the repatriation of stranded Afghan nationals after over a month of border clashes between the two neighbours, which ended in a ceasefire before Eidul Fitr early this month, a government official told Anadolu.

The Torkham border, which connects Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa with Afghanistan's eastern Nangarhar province, was reopened a day after a "flag meeting" between the two sides, said a spokesman for the provincial government.

The border — one of the two main crossings between the two countries — was shut in late February following intense border clashes and a breakdown in bilateral ties, causing significant disruption in trade and movement.

Why not the other way around? Mass invasion of Afghanistan by Pakistanis?

Back in the 1960s, consideration was given to the Pakistan-Afghanistan Confederation.
