That 'noor' is understood to be metaphorical and metaphysical, not literal. We don't believe Allah is a form of physical light, and we don't use fire or light as a symbol of/for Him either, or that it represents his divinity and presence.I'm referring to the first line of your comment where you say Iranians were fire worshippers.
Zoroastrians did not worship fire. They kept fire as a symbol of God, as a symbol of light against darkness. That is not a fire-worshipping practice. It is like claiming that Muslims worship the black stone because they walk around it in Mecca.
Even Islam claims that God is a form of light in some sense. It is right from the Quran:
الله نور السماوات و الارض
