Probably stays out for fear of obliteration.Or the Philippines?
China is a permanent UN Security Council with hundreds of nukes, including strategic +10 megaton nukes. You can't be sure about the Japanese, South Koreans and the Philippines. China needs to assume these countries will join the fight or at least the US will use their territories. Also, some US allies may join.
Unless it's deliberately targeted due to associationProbably stays out for fear of obliteration.
USA develop first hydrogen bomb too in the 50s, 1952.The United States and the Soviet Union successfully deployed fission-only warheads on missiles as early as the 1950s. For example, the U.S. Mk-5 (1,400 kg) and the Soviet SS-3 were missile-deliverable fission weapons.
I think their policy on Taiwan is sort of intelligent. They want the Taiwanese to join them without war. Using military force to annex a country creates ethnic tensions. I'm sure Russia has learned that quite well by now.China ‘will’ do this, do that … I hope that never comes though I won’t be surprised if they disappoint us. They clearly couldn’t take their little island literally held hostage by a country hundreds or thousands of miles away
Off topic* apologies
A non-nuclear state that its military development has been capped post World War II? What about it?You never heard of Japan?
That 'noor' is understood to be metaphorical and metaphysical, not literal. We don't believe Allah is a form of physical light, and we don't use fire or light as a symbol of/for Him either, or that it represents his divinity and presence.I'm referring to the first line of your comment where you say Iranians were fire worshippers.
Zoroastrians did not worship fire. They kept fire as a symbol of God, as a symbol of light against darkness. That is not a fire-worshipping practice. It is like claiming that Muslims worship the black stone because they walk around it in Mecca.
Even Islam claims that God is a form of light in some sense. It is right from the Quran:
الله نور السماوات و الارض
Yaar buddy of mine his mom bought 2 apts for $600k off the plan 8 years ago in one of those high rises along that long 1 hr drive hwy connecting dubai with Abu-dhabi......they went up 10% to 15% or so over the years but now bhai -30% if not -40%........Life savings gone! The investors were also fully aware that their abode in those countries was, at best, temporary. Moreover, the region was sitting on a keg of explosive powder that could have gone off any day.
That's not how science works, really.USA develop first hydrogen bomb too in the 50s, 1952.
If North Korea took 11 years to do what USA did in 7 years, it will take a similar time to do a 1950s pure fission 1400kg bomb.
Nope, Iran's leaked design for its nuclear device in the AMAD project was comparable to Mark V. It was an implosion, boosted-fission device. Not even remotely similar to the gun-type design. Apples and oranges. The first nuclear weapon is to expect to be developed by Iran is the original public model used in Japan. And it can't be carried in a missile.
No, it doesn't. This is no longer 1940s.A lightweight enough nuke of 1400kg it will take several years of research and tests.
