Nope, Iran's leaked design for its nuclear device in the AMAD project was comparable to Mark V. It was an implosion, boosted-fission device. Not even remotely similar to the gun-type design. Apples and oranges.

Anything can be carried on a missile if your warhead is large enough and you can produce enough thrust to lift it. The rest of it is all about electronics and re-entry vehicle which Iran has been working on both for at least 3 decades and we're seeing it first-hand in Iran's missile launches against Israel. Iran's K-4 and Sejjil missiles are perfect for carrying nuclear warheads to Israel.
