It comes down to how stupid the Gulf States are to allow this to be done. A better route, is via Syria and Türkiye and it will be a pure land corridor to Europe and Türkiye being a NATO member, means the west can help defend a large of those pipes.

There is a reason why Syria is being serenaded at the moment with the President of Syria in the UK at the moment.

Iraq ALREADY has pipes taking some of their oil to Türkiye !!! This proposed map is wrong at many levels.

This is wishful thinking by Israel. Too many factors working against Israel for something like this to take off.

I would have suggested Omani ports but their under attack as well so I think the best idea is a short subsea pipeline to Pakistan near Jiwani and Gwadar along with oil and LNG storages from where the world can buy their oil.

If you speak from pure financial pov it maybe less feasible but it becomes feasible once you understand the politics here

So far, she is saying that the Pakistan's Army Chief was also present (secret!) in Beijing when Pakistan Foreign Minister went there to talk about the ongoing war, and there is a also public rally in Tehran where they are waving Pakistani flags and chanting 'Thank you Pakistan'. Ship escort is going to be the same regardless of whether or not you are escorting the Atlantic convoy in 1942 or escorting a cargo ship from Somali pirates in 2013 or through the Strait of Hormuz. That's the same convoy system, that's the same convoy protection, that's the same tactics. You run a lead destroyer in front, a tailer destroyer behind, and 4 to 6 escort ships (maybe a corvette, maybe a frigate) pulling picket in a box formation, surrounding the ship you need to escort?

It would be a waste of missile to do so. Iran should target very high value economic and military targets to get the "best return on the cost of the missile relative to the cost of the target".

Israel is trying to "distract" Iran into attacking low value targets with these type of attacks by hoping to a tit-for-tat approach. Iran would do well to not fall for them.

It depends on the target. There are many HVTs in universities.

For example, they hit one of Iran's largest wind tunnels at Imam Sadigh University.
