I saw it as the speech he should have given before starting the war or at least after the war started 32 days back, not that it is a substitute for proper Congressional action. He did gin up a charge sheet starting from Beirut bombing, Cole bombing, "Death to America/Israel", October 7th etc., He made an OK attempt at arguing an Iran with nuke would have led to apocalypse. I think at least a few of the listeners who were not well schooled in the history of the region may feel convinced (to support the war).

Not a complete nothingburger. He did not say anything about ground troops or about action to take out enriched Uranium etc., By omission, we may think it is not in the works as it was being speculated. For what it is worth, if one has to go by his words (not advisable), it will be a continuation of air war for a few more weeks and then may reach a low intensity 'maintenance' mode.

They need to survive MANPADS first before they can do CAS.

Bhai imagine the years long BS these guys in the western media fed us about intercepting 90% of Iranian drones/ missiles and whatnot. The uncomfortable facts though are that 90% of Irani missiles n drones went right thru the defensive screen and have devastated the whole GCC and Israel.

Iran has almost dismantled the colonial era architecture in the region.

My only gripe here is that Pakistan was just woefully unprepared for this dire situation we are facing as a country now.

If Saudi Arabia is helpless against the U.S they can call upon the 1.5 billion Muslims world wide to Carry out the ultimate Jihad and free them from U.S occupation. They haven't done that though because they are happy with being the Zionists Bitch as long as they are fat and rich.

They are being deployed to Jordan. Not exactly the field of battle. Its kind of complicated when you have to fly 1000km to be in position to conduct CAS in an aircraft with a normal combat radius of 470km.

When will Iran's leadership finally wake up?
The Epstein gang sees peace negotiations and ceasefires as nothing more than traps for surprise attacks and assassinations.
If they negotiate, they'll be killed; if they agree to a nuclear deal, they'll be bombed; if they agree to a ceasefire, they'll be ambushed.
A quick look at history reveals that no war ends with a half-hearted ceasefire.
Once a war begins, it can only end with a complete defeat for one side; the only exceptions are wars like the Vietnam War and the Korean War, where both sides fought to the death but remained evenly matched.
Abandon the illusion that wars can end through negotiation; such a convenient outcome has never happened in history.
It's time for both Iran's mullahs and secularists to accept that wars can never be stopped through compromise or concessions.

NATO is a alliance which is mandated to Defend Europe and North America. The constitution of NATO does not allow the type of unilateral action taken by the USA
