Since I got in senses, Indians claiming 800 T/R modules, 1100 and now 2000 T/R modules. Indians dont understand its not just about modules its about being smart.
 
INdian imported airforce is in a very bad shape and if trump helps pakistan its the right time to take action against IAF as war is imminent.
After 5 yrs it will be a different story.

India's post 9th May battle logic seems to center around taking hits along Northern sector but saturating Pakistan with Stand off weapons.

Not true, that’s not how missiles work at all in the real world, there are many situations and reasons why an HQ9 or PL15 targeting a P8I can miss, from malfunctions to countermeasures to bad launch parameters to terrain.

I think that Indians had right hardware and the planning was not right & there thinking that there will be limited retaliation is sign of arrogance. Which we also saw till April 2025. After that it expired.

Lesson from Iran war is that long range BM with conventional hardware is good for limited destruction and psychological warfare against general population. That is why many think India did good but in military perspective the airforce and army can do realistic damage. I remember US sending cruise missile to target tent where OBL was present but when it reached he was not there.

Indians lack good airforce (Planning, training and equipment) but they have good supply of missiles. Pakistan needs to address that.

But army and airforce are well equipped to go toe to toe.

I said looking at today indian air force is in a really dire state and pakistan has the best chance to attack now ,trump needs pakistan support more then ever.
Who knows what will change in 5 yrs, its better to have an active approach rather then defensive.

Clearly the counter measures on the Rafales, Mirage 2000, MKI and Mig 29 all failed.

See, i understand your point, but the chances of any countermeasure working against a modern LPI AESA Seeker equipped, extremely fast maneuvering missiles is very very slim.

I believe there was a brief discussion here that apparently PAF knew that some MKI and Rafales were able to dodge the PL15, but only after doing some proper text book maneuvers, P8 can't do that. It's a civilian airliner at best. The only thing it has is probably flares (useless against ARH missiles) and Chaffs (useless considering PL15 is data linked and would have confirm target from another source).

Now, the SAM missile or PL15, it itself fails, that's a different story altogether and pure luck.

There was a reason PAF SAAB 2000 were flying so far away from border, so that under no circumstance they come in the range of enemy AD or AA missiles.

I think that has been the (thankfully) mantra of PAF, PA, PN for the past decade. I do have faith in them to counter future threats intelligently too. (by saying intelligently i mean by using all resources, combat and non-combat to bring a favorable result)

I can bet that no one knew exactly how the May 7th episode would play out. In fact, most were expecting more from Indians than our own.

Lets give them credit and have faith.
