US Perspective on the Iran - Israel / US War

The ease at which the US has been able to insert CSAR aircraft deep into Iran makes me think the uranium extraction operation might work. This operation could have the effect of encouraging Trump to move forward on ground operations.

Very fortunate, the f15 was shot down and crashed near Iraqi border . Where you have lots of American logistics around in that part of gulf Kuwait and Saudis Arabia. if it had been deeper inside in iran . The rescue would have been much harder and impossible.

Stop. Just stop already.

You are all over the place.
Operational plans have already been presented to the President for HEU extraction. Of course it’s a high risk operation, but if you successfully extract the HEU that risk is acceptable.

I've seen no reports indicating how the F-15 was downed. Maybe others have. Maybe MANPADS? Who knows? Other than the crew that is.

To be fair you are right no reports so far how this jet went downed.

US military supremacy has only been confirmed by this war. Most dominant air/naval campaign in modern history.
No one ever questioned the military might of America , you don't have to constantly brag about it.....Iran after decades of sanctions is a sitting duck for any country with a halfway decent air force.....no you haven't earned any laurels , neither in the military or in the geostrategic field .

Seriously, stop already. You are embarrassing yourself. And doing quite the job at that.

Of course we're aware plans have been presented. It's not like the plans were drawn up on a napkin this morning. Plans have been in place for years and are updated accordingly. Today's developments have changed the dynamic.

Just to keep things in perspective, while Iran has damaged an F-35, which will likely will be scrapped, and downed an F-15, a Blackhawk has been downed, an F-16 supposedly hit as well. And, let's not forget about the mounting losses of drones. A KC-135 lost. Others damaged. An E-3 destroyed. Personnel injured. Killed.

Let's not focus on the shiny side of the coin.

Yes two different operations, but HEU extraction would have heavy close air support. Any Iranian force concentration will result in a Highway of Death scenario. Of course there’s high risk of casualties, but thats built in acceptable risk if you successfully remove the HEU.
You can't just depend on air support. It's not like CSAR, where we make them play by our rules, because THEY wanted our pilot. I mounted CSAR op before, hell, I had even written an article about it in here. IT's different.

When we go down to them, we play by their rules, and even if this is not the case, it's a pipedream that you can hold down serious manpower with an SF team with just Air Support. I don't know where Iran is hiding their HEU, but I don't need to be there to know it's 1.) VERY HEAVILY GUARDED and 2.) IT'S VERY ISOLATED

You are going to need conventional support to collect Iranian HEU; they are not just going to give it up.

How so? Successful CSAR insertion deep into Iranian territory only encourages ground operations. We dont know what Trump will decide, but if you can insert aircraft, helicopters, and special forces that deep you can insert forces, equipment, and resupply into Isfahan.

Again a high risk operation, but if you successfully remove the HEU then it’s worth it.

If it's easy even you should be able to do it - a'la Rambo. I'll even pay for your air fare 1st class please go retrieve the uranium yourself and make america stronk for all of us.

I never said only special forces would be needed. You’d likely need a battalion to set up a defensive perimeter, then fly in the excavation equipment, ammo, housing, food/water etc.

You just don't understand. In spite of what others who have experience are trying to tell you, you don't want to understand.
