You are making a lot of assumptions based on many things you don't know. With the downing of the F-15E, as well as a Blackhawk and supposedly an F-16 was hit as well (but not downed), there is no doubt the planners are re-evaluating any extraction efforts.

Assuming we even know where the HEU is stored, those sites will be heavily defended. Any operation as you envision it is not going to be easy.
