White House to Axios: Trump will issue a response later regarding Pakistan's initiative on Iran
I am not saying we should not have. That was the right thing to do. But maybe the time has run out now. Again just my opinion.See Side-winder's post above. This is the point that I have been making for over a week. Pakistan brokering peace is because Pakistan does not want to get roped into the war and pick sides.
Thus, spectating isn't much of an option for Pakistan given the current trajectory.
Walk away and let armagedeon begin?
one Iranian guy getting into a beef with with one Pakistani guy on an internet forum, and you want to use that as a foreign policy justification...Can we even afford to go into just watch mode? cause directly or indirectly we will be dragged into this war, and maybe next time our ships will not pass through the SoH with ease, what will happen then? we are already risking the relationship with GCC by not actively taking part in KSA defense, and if we lose all of GCC and according to Iranians here we are the reincarnation of Devil so we are making enemies out of both.
“Had” to. And we have. Everything has a time and place.

White House spokesperson to Axios
President trump was briefed on Pakistan's proposal regarding Iran and will issue a response on this matter

Look I don't think folks are seeing it from Iran's perspective here. Our country is doing what it can, but we must accept that in the grand scheme of things, we are a nobody in this conflict, be it diplomatically or militarily. We have done our best and we can leave it at that. Iran has to do what they think is in their interest and negotiating with a nation that has betrayed them twice during 'negotiations' isn't easy. Id be vary, too. What the fukc do you expect them
To do?
Negotiations and talks mean compromise - give and take. Both parties have to realease the stubbornness and allow a deal to be reached. What do you want Pakistan to do? Walk away and let armagedeon begin?
We have a saying: dost rulaye, dushman hasai. “A fiend makes you cry (with truth) and an enemy makes to laugh (with flattery).I suppose you are right. Irani's has decided that they want their and GCC infra destroyed to maximum. While they wont be destroying Israel or Azerbaijan oil facilities which is main source of oil for Israel. If no party is willing to give an inch or compromise to give peace talks a chance, then let it run it's course.
