Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Dude, you wish. We will not even be a puppet state. They will tear us apart after the ceasefire ends.

Empty threat. He can't sanction Russia, and China is not selling anything at the moment and Iran does not buy from anyone else either.

Israel is like a mad dog biting everyone. If America really wants the ceasefire to hold, it must put a leash on Israel. otherwise, this conflict can explode again at any moment
israel is pissed but i dont think this time trump will bow down to their demand , this wuill show if israel have leverage over trump because trump just narrowly escaped from a big political crisis back home.

Iran still bombs gulf countries ( bahrain) lol

Very nice, may it continue.

Increase bombing on UAE many times.

Iran has offered all of that before
The issue is being allowed to enrich even at token low levels

I think you know that during the 'negotiations' happening when this war was launched, Iran was willing to give up much more than what was given during the JCPOA. But the real goal was/is Iran's missiles capable of reaching Israel.
The rest is just smoke screen!

iran has good short medium range missiles but need to improve its long range capability to israel

Iran must also build up an IRGC Air Force

Why do you assume it has to be manufactured?

If the stocks exist, then they are already in theatre. The USA has had no logistical issues moving weapons into theatre.

Aircrew will have a rest.

Yes.

US amphibious ships will pass through the Strait of Hormuz.

Lets see if they do. I think unlikely as that would go against the spirit of the ceasefire.

Their troops will be prepared for a ground invasion of Iran.

Where do you think that they will launch from?

Their CSGs will get closer to the Arabian Sea. Markets are recovering already. An oil/energy crisis has been avoided.

It has been shown that it is quite easy for Iran to push the CSG away from Iran, so no real net difference. Yes, markets are recovering, but there has been no new oil into the markets, and some infrastructure for oil manufacturing has been destroyed, so supply will be an issue for a while.

There is not. Iran has no cards to use in these negotiations except for our uranium stockpile, which they want to remove from our territory. Iran can go to Islamabad, sign its surrender and return home and frame it as a victory.

Having watched some political commentators, news, the net conclusion is that Iran has not lost this war. So, why would it need to offer "surrender terms". It was Trump who was under the 60 day clock, and yes that has been reset, but does the USA want to go back to war? Most think not.

They had 20 years to do that, if not more. They had 9 months to do that after the June war. 2 more weeks will change nothing.

If the IRGC is not going to get any better, then what is the point of fighting if you cannot execute a new strategy that gives military advantage ? What's the point of continuing if the conclusion is going to be the same ?

I see none honestly.

Yes, we can all see that, but the Iranian government saw enough advantage strategically to say yes.

US is going to put sanctions on china or Russia? You think so?
Russia is the most sanctioned country in this world. USA wont sanction China.

Anyway, who cares, Iran won this wars thanks to Made in Iran weapons: missiles and drones, it wasnt due to buy foreign weapons.

Foreign advanced weapons with remote kill switch is a useless crap when real war happens against a rich enemy like USA who can bribe any foreign weapons manufacturer.

To be honest, when I see the Iranian government and military so easily abandoning Lebanon and Yemen, I can't help but think that such a regime should be overthrown. Do they even realize how much blood they've shed for Iran? It's deplorable that the only ones trying to overthrow this theocracy are agents of the United States. Are there no patriots who want to overthrow the mullah and build a proper secular state?

Israel is hitting Lebanon in the most violent way, Gaza-style.
Over a hundred people have been injured in the last hours, tens of deaths confirmed already.

We abandoned the Lebanese after they got into this mess because of us. Shame on us.
Israel remains a curse in the region. But eventually, they will pay the price

Iran has all its leverage intact:
-Hormuz
-Bab al Mandeb
-Destruction of regional energy facilities

They are already saying that the damage to the regional energy infrastructure will take years to be repaired and fully functional like in the past.

And indeed 2 weeks is not enough to change the situation, actually it benefits Iran more in logistical sense if the war restarts in 2 weeks.

Invasion of Iran will become more difficult because we're approaching summer heat.

Another thing is that many countries are angry at US and Israel, restarting the war AGAIN will make the world really curse USA and Israel.

Meanwhile investment climate in Persian Gulf is not secure as long as there is no final agreement between Iran and USA.

That's why my conclusion is that the ceasefire itself increases the leverage for Iran.
Sensible analysis amidst all the bluster.

Moreover, Iran has tested its main lever now - Hormuz.

USA failed to stop it.
