Iran used its liquid ballistic missiles at the start of the war because refuelling them takes time and is dangerous above ground

At the start of the war Iran had 20-30 mins to get the launchers out fire and roll back underground

Now with US air dominance that had been reduced to less than 10 mins

So Iran switched to its solid state ballistic missiles which can be launched quickly and refuelled below ground

However Iran was running low on Sodium Perchlorate a key ingredient in the manufacture of solid state missiles

They had less than 1,000 tons left which was a enough for 300-400 more missiles which was roughly 10 days supply

Iran new they could not go on for more than 2 weeks and so a ceasefire buys them time to get more chemicals from China to re arm

For every ballistic missile the Americans fired 7-8 interceptors

Interceptors takes months and years to build

Iran can build ballistic missiles in days / weeks

Iran needs less and Americans need more

This pause helps Iran more than it helps USA

So this is why ceasefire was accepted by Iran because even they know situation was getting critical

"Pressing" and "forced" are two different things.

I can press you to be nice, that is not the same as being forced to be nice. Latter has a punitive connotation. No such thing existed in China-Iran discussions.

Last, the entire world has an economic interest in this war stopping. Cost of living, petroleum etc. is all going up. China is not unique in feeling the pinch.

Your logic is very confused. Accusing countries that help Iran without evidence is irresponsible.

You believe Trump's empty words that 'China has convinced Iran,' yet you are unwilling to believe in China, which uses its veto power to protect Iran. You are so quick to believe others, so why not choose to believe Iran, China, and Russia? You only believe what Trump and the United States say.

China and Iran signed the "China-Iran Comprehensive Cooperation Plan" on March 27, 2021. Iran became a full member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in 2023 and will become a full member of the BRICS countries in 2024.

Secondly, the aggression of the United States and Israel against Iran is illegal.

On April 6, at the United Nations Security Council, China and Russia used their veto votes. So why should we cut off Iran's supplies and trade? Why should we allow the UN to approve aggression against Iran?

Eleven votes in favor, two against, and two abstentions prove that Iran needs more support. Every country has different voices; Iran accepting peace negotiations can provide reasonableness and legitimacy for the countries supporting Iran.
