US Perspective on the Iran - Israel / US War

Fetterman is another Kirsten Sinema. Democrats are disgusted with him. He will either switch parties at the next election or be primaried. Dem voters are also at fault as they keep getting regularly fooled by these corporate shills.
Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin were both centrists, with Sinema more aligned to the right and Manchin more aligned to the Left. Fetterman is not the same as Sinema and Manchin; both Sinema and Manchin were known as centrists before they took office. Fetterman changed from being a social progressive to the left to whatever he is now.

Fetterman was endorsed by Bernie when he was a Lt Gov in PA, and then said he is just a Democrat when he is going after the Senate seat, and now I don't even think he is a Centrist because I myself am a Centrist (Centrist Conservative) myself, and I don't think Fetterman is Centrist, he is further to the right than Sinema.

"All by myself...." 🤣
I kinda feel sad for the British, they literally were dog walk by America, they basically have no say in anything besides just tag along with everything America say or does.

It's not like that.

That's for automatic registration; every US citizen is already required to enter into the Selective Service Board, and it's a crime not to register 30 days after your birthday. So if he is over 18 and a US citizen, his name is already in the system. Used to be you didn't need to be a US citizen, as long as you lived in the US for 6 months, and you were over 18, and you needed to register as well

Draft is currently off in the US, and can only be brought back with a congress bill.

Actually from what I understand, Kristen Sinema when first campaigning came off as progressive.

That dude is either a plant or he really got his wire wrong in the brain; he should have just run as an independent instead of getting on with a Democratic ticket. Anyway, he is in my Home State, and let's just say he probably will be out of a job after 2028. Last poll we had, when he was around 40% popularity

Based on his voting record, it appears that he aligns more closely with the opposition party.

Everyone is a hypocrite - say one thing publicly, do entirely the other behind closed doors.

Certainly. You may recall Bulgaria stating they wouldn't permit refuelers to cross their airspace, among other things. However, civilians at their international airport were taking pictures as refuelers were being refilled prior to their southbound journey.

John Fetterman still votes more with Democrats than he does Republicans. When he was Mayor of some little backwater town in downstate PA, that town lost population during his tenure. Why? Crime.

As Lt.Gov., he skipped more official duties than he attended yet as a member of the Parole Board, he never missed a meeting and was always advocating for the early release / parole / clemency for some individual who should never be released from prison.

No doubt in my mind when it comes to Democrats today, he is clearly more centrist than the rest of the Party. Yet, he still votes Democrat.

I was born and raised in PA. I remember when Democrats were centrists. Now, all you need to do is look at ERI, PHL, and PIT to understand why the state is a mess. PHL is the gold standard. Larry Krasner is to PHL what George Gascon was to SFO and later LAX.

Kyrsten Sinema originally ran as a Green Party candidate. She lost election after election. Once she realized that Democrats were just like the Green Party only less radical (at the time), she transformed into a Democrat and begin to win elections.

I liked Joe Manchin. If anyone was more of a modern day Blue Dog Democrat than him, I've yet to meet him.

I don't know when she started campaigning, but as far as I heard of her, she is already a centrist. But then I may not know her as much as I know about the politician in my state...

Well apparently she came off at the very least left of center and was a darling of the progressive left.

Then a few years later she fell out of favor with them for going more centrist and wouldn't break the filibuster rule.

I think he voted about 50-70% issue with Biden between 23-24 and 70% with Trump til now. Wouldn't say he is a Republican. But he is definitely not the image of a Blue Collar Democrat he was elected with.
