Why would there be a need for an escort mission? The israelis have agreed to the ceasefire with Iran, and given the Americans are travelling to Pakistan to talk with the Iranian delegation, I don't think the israelis would do anything.

But that was against hezbollah people, it's completely different in this case, it's Iranians that the US has agreed to meet. As much as the israelis are the Americans' mad dog on a leash, I don't think they'd interfere where the US is directly involved.Israel has form on this. ask the Qataris....
Just IN: Pakistani fighter jets spotted over Bandar Abbas, Iran, to escort the Iranian delegation to Pakistan safely. —
Pakistan Air Force has established a "protective shield" across Iran and Persian Gulf supported by fighter jets & AWACS to protect Iranian delegation from any misadventure by Israel. —
The Iranian delegation, likely led by speaker of Iran's parliament, will arrive in Islamabad tonight for talks with US.

True that risk does exist, but why would Americans invest in flying all the way out to Pakistan if the other side is to be targeted for elimination by their proxy in the ME?Israel has form on this. ask the Qataris....

I think they have significant control. As an example, if the Americans just stand-down their refuellers, IDF fighters cannot operate over Iran and then return to their bases safely. That is massive assumption that US can totally control Israel.....

The IFRs are our Multirole Transport Tankers. In all likelihood, they are delivering air defense hardware to KSA just to bolster the Kingdom's defensive posture in case, God forbid, the peace talks don't up in an off-ramp.Factually, wasn't a F-35 hit by a IR guided missile over Iran?
Point is, what are so many transport/refuelers doing in Saudi just before the arrival of Iranian delegation?
no exercise is scheduled in Saudi involving PAF.
Also, UAE is a new vile threat in the region, if you haven't noticed, they are damn pissed and bitchy about ceasefire. They are Israeli and Indian stooges.
For GCC cooperation, Pakistan went via Saudis. Kuwaitis, Qataris and Saudis have returned the honor. Emiratis haven't.
Why do they need our hardware? Do they lack in anything? The IFRs are our Multirole Transport Tankers. In all likelihood, they are delivering air defense hardware to KSA just to bolster the Kingdom's defensive posture in case, God forbid, the peace talks don't up in an off-ramp.
