Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

No matter KSA or other GCC now even Iran, some Pakistanis cant think of anything other than money......

No wonder no one respects us.

Stop being SS,
not you, I am telling all of Pakistanis, have some self respect.

Thank you.
selling planes is not just about money its about developing our (muslim) manufacturing base. Muslim countries desp need to develop and build own weapons

Pakistan has sent fighter jets and other military forces to Saudi Arabia to boost regional security under a defence pact between the two countries, known as the Joint Strategic Defense Agreement, the Saudi Ministry of Defense announced Saturday, with a number of strike fighters and support aircraft having arrived at King Abdulaziz Air Base in the east of the country near the Persian Gulf. This comes as Islamabad hosts talks between Iran and the United States aimed at ending the ongoing Iran War.

This is a huge stab in our back if true

Prepare how? We only have missiles and drones. How many missiles do you think we have built after the ceasefire? 10? 20? What difference does it make in the bigger picture?

At least I hope we're moving our troops to the potential conflict zones in large numbers, but there's no report on that. Once the war starts again, we won't be able to move our troops in large numbers.
and knowing all this, you were still not happy with cease fire to try to end this war of choice by terrorists USA and Israel.

How long Iran could have hold on and continue? what about loss of life and infra without any Air Force and Air Defence. Iran's Missile cities are well protected but not the rest of the country...no protection at all..

Iran gave them good beating and humumiliated them, aura of super power has been shattered.

Iran maintained upper hand during the war, and that too only because of missiles and drones. but there is a limit how far a country can go alone only with missiles.

Iranian Leadership did the right thing, enetered in ceasefire with the position of strength while they still have that ..........if it continued, Iran was going to loose this win.

Iranian leadership is very intelligent to choose the time, place and Pakistan.

There is no one more sincere to Iran than Pakistan, for its own reasons, policies, and strength.

I hope I did not offend you in any way, because i know how feel about the whole situation and Pakistan.

But right now Iran needed someone to provide this opportunity at the right time to turn tihis illegal war of choice into their long tern benifit.......all depends upon Iranian negotiators.....sanctions, assets, regional security, uranium etc......

Iran can not get USA agree to all of her demands, but they will try to squeeze as much as they can and work from there... Insha Allah

The US and Iran sit for talks after almost half a century of hostility

Lyse Doucet
Chief international correspondent in Islamabad

After nearly a half century of hostility including two wars in two years, Iran and America are sitting for face-to-face for talks - for hours. And they’re not done yet.

The meeting between technical experts goes on too.

It’s a significant breakthrough – only possible because of the high level of both delegations, their authority to negotiate, and what seems to be a commitment by both Washington and Tehran to talk.

Iran came to Islamabad emphasising its deep distrust of diplomacy – its discussions last year and this year with the US were both shattered by war.

That’s why it insisted it would only deal with a more senior US official, and in particular the Vice President JD Vance who is seen as the strongest opponent of costly military engagements in President Donald Trump’s team.

In 2015, when Iran and world powers reached a successful nuclear deal, it took 18 months of breakthroughs and breakdowns; Trump is known to prefer quick successes.

Today is just a start. But with the risk of another dangerous escalation in an already dangerous war, even a start matters.

Islamabad talks continuing late into night

The BBC understands talks are continuing late into the night in Islamabad, where it is approaching midnight.

The trilateral negotiations involving the US, Iran and Pakistani mediators have already been under way for several hours.

If they are already going to into a last ditch effort to save the talks I’m guessing they are either trying to bend the Iranians very quickly and no compromise no real negotiations you just do what we say kind of thing as before or all of this could be smoke and mirrors who knows at this point @Persian Gulf @Immortals im thinking if they abandon these talks they better fire first as quickly as possible

While talks in Pakistan have been taking place tonight Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has given a statement saying he has given his "approval" for peace talks with Lebanon.

He says Lebanon has reached out several times in he past month to begin direct talks.

"I have given my approval, but on two conditions: we want the dismantling of Hezbollah's weapons, and we want a real peace agreement that will last for generations," Netanyahu says, according to a translation by AFP news agency.

The countries' ambassadors to the US have agreed to meet in Washington next week as they look to seek an announcement on a ceasefire, the Lebanese presidency announced on Friday.

Israel understandable India not so much. India's relationship with all gulf countries has improved considerably and continues to do so. As Indian economy grows our commercial ties with GCC deepen further paving the way for strengthening of strategic and geopolitical relations aswell.
This thread has got nothing to do with India ffs - you are irrelevant. Stop making yourself relevant.

I mean KSA is giving Pakistan $5B — that money comes with attachments. And Pakistan needs the money after returning the UAE.

It’s just business, not personal.
Sending fighter aircraft to a country involved in a war that has killed thousands of our civilians, while hosting us as guests in their country for peace talks, thats a significant betrayal.

what exactly do you want from us, fealty? Pakistan has a delicate position to manage.
