GIDS Fattah 2 ER-Rockets were used to target Barnala IACCS, Punjab (2 x ER Rockets), Hisar airport near dehli (2 x ER Rockets) and Sirsa AFS (2 x ER Rockets)

All of these were intercepted except one that fell near Barnala IACCS

All of these intercepted by S-400 SAM System, these GIDS Fattah 2 ER-Rockets flew parabolic trajectory

That is why need Tactical Aero-Ballistic Missiles.

If these Fatah 2 rockets were intercepted this easily, wonder how bad will our SMASH fare against Barak 8 of IM

Barak 8 has limited ABM capability but is quite good against sea skiming . it doesnt have that much range to intercept it in midcourse or other phases

Barak 8 might be able to intercept SMASH but barak 1 is still a major part of their fleet and it’s basically hopeless against smash

I'm a bit skeptical about these interceptions because according to a very credible member @Lion , The Indian AD failed to intercept most of the Munitions launched from our side. The problem was the inaccuracy of the missiles.

Update: As per Indian News sources that after Pakistan issue NOTAM to test missile (S) in coming days Indian navy deploys its only 01 available surveillance frigate INS Dhruv to track Pakistani test in order to improve interception in future conflict, As per reports they deployed so close to test corridor which may irritates Pakistan.

Update: As per Indian News sources that after Pakistan issue NOTAM to test missile (S) in coming days Indian navy deploys its only 01 available surveillance frigate INS Dhruv to track Pakistani test in order to improve interception in future conflict, As per reports they deployed so close to test corridor which may irritates Pakistan.
