We paid a loan back by taking out another loan, instead of finally exercising disciplined choice when the opportunity presented itself!

The disciplined choice in question was to reject national corruption, and we failed to even try. Lack of will puts us back into the same spiral of new loans evolving from old loans.

Take the example of three newly industrialised countries ! China , Korea and Japan ( though not newly industrialised) ....all of these developed despite rampant corruption , they have good work ethics and culture based on logic and reasoning.
