Islamabad Talks - News & Discussions

This is a good outcome and Muni and Sharif deserve credit here, Iranians now have to show some good will......

Iran has shown enough goodwill; it's the Americans who again blew it up in everyone's face. They've been undercutting the entire time, adding unreasonable measures to any talks no honorable nation would accept.

Because Iran is the one that doesn't want to come. JD was ready. Not saying it's Iran's fault , they are within their right to reject this given the blockade . but it is Iran that doesn't want to come. That is a fact.

And its not our domain to suggest what Iran should or shouldn't do. That is the main job of mediator or facilitator or whatever you want to call, to remain strictly neutral.

That tweet from Atta Tarrar on behalf of establishment was ill advised.

Iranians are likely to overplay their hand and loss all the support. Its clear Trump is desperate for a deal despite what he posts on Truthsocial.

Iran need to grab this oportunity and get rid of all their sanctions in return for some compromise on nuclear program.

Yes, but Iran has been blocking Hormuz, I am and always will be with Iran here but they have provoked US too at times

US has self harmed since Day 1 of this conflict.

An analyst on AJ pointed out that ANY "deal" from this point onwards will be WORSE for USA than the pre-war status quo. I think he's right. Only Israel benefits, but persistent harm to USA will also eventually spell trouble for Tel Aviv.

Already, Israel has pissed away ANY chance of Iranian regime change it ever had.

It would help not to be shadow-banned from lots of threads.
Would help if you stuck to the topic. Every thread you go on - you deny the truth. You fail to accept that Israel committed genocide in Palestine. Every thread you venture on - you cite prehistoric events that have no relevance.
Imagine if we denied what happened in WW2? You would scream from the rafters.
Now behave

Even this Pakistani channel in its most recent video was talking about a few things:
1) Iran's fissile material is not a real bone of contention.
2) Despite the Trump stupid 'blockade', neither side has spilled blood after that
3) There is a reason Islamabad's lockdown is up to 26 April and that could be a deal and even a Trump arrival (security is even more than was for Vance).

First 20-30 minutes enough to watch. English captions available.

I don't think Iran will do anything without removal of blockade. US maybe repositioning its assets, more AD systems might be moving around with more interceptor missiles transferred, I bet both sides are preparing for a intense war if the peace collapse.

For the  nth time, sanctions removal is not being offered.

Americans have walked away from several wars after WW II bruised but America remains a Superpower. If a deal is reached in Islamabad then it is Israel who will be the biggest loser. I have no doubt about that. They have already lost the Democratic Party and even the Republicans are not as much behind them because of this war. You see: Trump had to publicly say that he didn't start this war because of Netanyahu; that tells you something. 'Chor ki DaRhi mey Tinka'!
Anyway, great effort by Pakistan to result in this 'indefinite ceasefire'!!
