Onshore storage is nearly full. Iran has an additional 1-2 weeks worth of offshore storage.

Time is not on Irans side. The US can just wait while Irans economy craters.

If that was true, the US would not be negotiating the same things that were negotiated in 2015. This time it'll only have Donald Trump's stamp on it instead of Black Hitler's.

If the Iranians get to own the Hormuz, which it looks it will as that's what the negotiations are mainly about, Iran will be making tens of billions from toll charges annually.

Claim? The Iranians are being blockaded by the USN. Today is the two week mark. Nearly half a billion in economic damage per day. That’s over $6B. There comes a point where the Iranian regime can no longer meet payroll.

It’s definitely true, those figures are directly from Gen Caine a couple weeks ago.

Iranian ports are blockaded by the USN. If you can’t import/export you don’t control anything. The US controls the Strait and now the global energy market with US energy exports at record highs.

They needed Europe in the past to contain USSR/Russia, but it's not needed anymore.

When USA started to deploy anti ICBM defense in the beginning of 2010s, they started to destabilize Ukraine too in 2014.

USA is naturally protected by two oceans, currently only China high tech military technology could be a threat for USA mainland.

And Ukraine war was like a gift from USA to China, USA giving all Russian energy and Russian market from Europe to China.
