Pakistan Missiles - Updates, News & Discussion

For the honorable members who disagree with me, No when H.E warhead explodes it creates massive shock wave but subject video only shows small fire ball which means it only caused by unspent solid fuel since it was a test so no country would test solid fuel with 100 percent fuel spent since after all fuel spent missile will fell like a rock escially short ranges when gravity works against suppressed trajectory "to avoid ABM" so google it or search on chatgpt or eat baddam.
Stop being naive. It clearly had a warhead. There was a shock wave as well, kinetic impacts alone cannot create those. Try seeing the video again. The warhead used might have lower yield but it is one for sure.

This Fatah series is a mess .
The First Fatah 2 tested on 27 DEC 2023 (used by the navy as the SMASH)

This has those large lower mid fins for stabalization , later used by the Navy as the second variant of SMASH and is being used onwards.
The Second Fatah 2 tested on May 15, 2024 , (Diff design)

this has a design similar to the newer abdali weapon system which i call as (Fatah 3)
No large base fins visible , and a quite diff design . The people wore the same blue caps with FATAH II written on them.
The Abdali Weapon system tested on May 3, 2025 , design i have mentioned.

The Present test of Fatah 2 on Apr 28, 2026

It has those large fins too but not much visible , also it had a LIVE WARHEAD and a new TEL with Khaki type camo.

I could be totally wrong in my understanding so feel free to correct me but please provide a reasonable argument
A lot of restructuring post announcement of the ARFC. That and Babu syndrome in action.

uncle ap dil pe kyun le rhe hain?
The Fatah series doesn't use a sustainer motor i think (kya pta krta ho allah jane) .

500-700 kg warhead on iskandar vs 350 or so on F2.

If it achieved even less then half of what Iskander did, I will be a happy man (if we are going by warhead size).

My theory is, that through out the evolution of our missile program, we were focused on dual use, with more inclination towards missiles carry nuclear warheads, and more recently, tactical nukes. We have not paid enough attention towards conventional use. We have not demonstrated the capability to equip our delivery machisms with thermobarics, for example. There is very noticeable gap between nukes and conventional warheads. If we dont have inhouse expertise, work with Türkiye

Don’t know, but I still believe in the theory that F3 is a localized HD-1, CM302 or YJ18 derivative. Because I want to believe it, lol. 😆
You never know mate , maybe what you want to believe is in fact the ultimate reality.

It's dual thrust according to the GIDS brochure so it should have a boost and a sustain phase. But even then the total rocket burn time is unlikely to exceed 1 minute and the only reason there would be leftover fuel would be if you deliberately cut the motor off early for reduced range.

See the launch sequence and impact both shows Kinetic imagery impact....I rest my case,

Many people confused Fatah II with Abdali would like to educate them from reliable sources that Fatah II is not B.M but in non-nuclear category of MRLS plus equipped with most advance system with very high speed " Sources did not confirm its speed " and body of F1 AND fT2 MADE WITH COMPISTE MATERIALS to be light weight to gain very high speed.

My speculations I would like to add since India always propaganda west that Pakistan will go nuclear since we don't have enough fire power so we decide before operation buniyan ul marsoos that we should debunk the myth of underdog syndrome by announcing new systems even some old dedicated nuclear system to be conventional so that they myth of weak nation who always portray to go nuclear first but to show the world without nuclear umbrella we can fix Indians.

The missiles added to non-nuclear roles also with new names are

Babur cruise missile as Fatah 4
Ra'ad stealth cruise missile as Taimor or Taimor ER

And many will inducted soon.
Last May we tested what appeared to be a new "Abdali" that's based on Fatah II, which suggests a nuclear tipped version of Fatah II. In the same way that Fatah 4 is the non nuclear conventional version of Babur. It seems the conventional rocket force versions use the Fatah designation while the nuclear versions use the previous convention of naming systems based on Muslim conquerors of the sub continent.

Slightly disagree with you since Abdali using casing of miraging steel while Fatah II uses carbon fiber based casing but nt sure they are using same guidance which is likely.

Can't speak of the materials used but the design of both the new Abdali and Fatah II clearly show the same lineage. Different materials used would actually indicate different end use cases, especially considering shielding from nuclear warheads.
