Ok what are those different needs?
In my opinion, systems like PrSM, F2 , Pralay & iskandar are all the same purpose weapons i.e the precision strike.
PrSM can get the job done with even 91 kg warhead because it's great at precision.

Why do you have JDAM kits ranging for the entire mk series, why do you have LGB kits for 2000 lbs bomb? Why not just use 250 pound bomb only? Why does the super accurate Raptor2, H4 PGM use a heavy warhead? Why does SK Hyunmoo BM carry a much heavier warhead than F2 and it’s super accurate?

What’s the warhead size of this missile (Hyunmoo-4-4)? If it’s a ton then why?

For JDAMs and other stuff, PAF has Takbeer bombs and stuff like that.
You can't deliver that firepower through F2s Lol.

If you think delivering JDAM level firepower through Ballistic Missiles is good idea then good luck with that.It didn't really worked for Iran and neither it will work for Pakistan.

For hitting hardened targets , a large warhead is needed but with the accuracy like that of F2 , that's off the table.

Koreans have great industrial base and can churn out missiles in hundreds per year.
Poor Pakistan may be 40-50 units per year at most.

You just shifted the goal post:

Our warheads are heavier because our Missiles aren't great at precision
Western/American ones hit the target with pin point accuracy.

But we agree on different needs for PrSM and Fatah2 leading to different warhead size requirements.
