US Perspective on the Iran - Israel / US War

Spirit Airlines is called ghetto airlines because it is so cheap that certain group of people use it a lot which have caused ghetto behavior on the plane and especially at the air ports. Spirit is the Carnival Cruise ships of airlines do some research and see what type of people fly. Only fear is now these people will fly Delta or AA hopefully it will be way above their budget.
Spirit never had a single crash between their inception in 1992 and closure in 2026. Your description of them means you have watched a lot of social media videos and never actually took a Spirit flight. Less competition is also bad for the consumer.

Iran has plugged their wells 4 times and the last time was due to sanctions on their oil in 2021, They have become proficient at getting it back up running. They have been used to this 47 years, I don’t see them folding anytime soon. I most certainly see Trump folding as he doesn’t have much time. Put simply Iran oil wells will be capped off. By them.

Amazing , wonder at the level of the intelligence penetrations and also at the number of compromised Iranian nationals.

Aytollah Khomeni died in house with his family, he was not in bunker....don t get it why it show Israeli - CIA achievement. It is very clear Mossad use CIA resources to spy.

It’s not breaking people’s backs. Brent crude averaged more than $100 for three straight years from 2011-2014. US growth at the time averaged around 2%. US GDP per capita has grown 70-90% since those years as well.
back then affordability was not as an issue as today, looking back 10 years further it wasn't even a word.

remember your whole logistic network runs on disel burning trucks, even truck drivers negotiating for wage increase could drive up inflation imagine what rising disel prices could do

This war has only resulted in mild inflation around 3.5%, which is mostly tied to the rise in energy prices. US growth in Q1 was 2%. Gas prices would have to rise significantly more to have a meaningful effect on the US economy.

You just don't understand the downstream effect of the rise in fuel prices nor will I attempt to educate you as you refuse to be educated.

Keep tracking those lagging indicators.

For those interested, the Costco I got gas at on Thursday was up $0.60 from two weeks prior. I got gas there again on Saturday and it was up again by an additional $0.06. The start of the US summer driving season is at the end of the month.

Not only will this continue to impact the people, the corresponding increase in diesel fuel will impact the consumer as well. Logistics companies are already discussing increasing fuel surcharges as a result. My own (former) employer is concerned as a number of the trucking companies we use are ICs or small regional carriers. Anything they take LTL is costing them money.
