Pakistan won't rely on air power against Israel. We have other more powerful means when it comes to it.

Let me assure everyone. The moment Pakistan and Israel face each other it won't merely remain to a conventional fight. Israel is not a traditional foe of Pakistan unlike India.

I think there may be some slight western arrogance in this statement, perhaps unintentional, but there nevertheless...

Hmmmm… Israeli super soldier myths are deeply embedded in the western imagination. And, of course, there is the famous speech of Angela Merkel in the Knesset…

Hence continued support of the genocide in Gaza. I can express unalloyed respect of your knowledge as well as the (slightly less unalloyed) emotional compulsion to rate Israel highly.

Superficially, you are right. Israel has indeed been deploying the finest American technologies over the decades of its existence. Furthermore, there is little likelihood of a clash between Pakistani and Israeli air arms.

I would suggest, however, that you may be missing a more basic truth… one, in fact, that you have underlined in several of your videos on 6th Gen Chinese aircraft… that western technological superiority is no longer assured. Which brings us to the problem with Integrated systems warfare. It’s difficult, and, maybe impossible to speculate which system will prevail over another in all out conflict. We won’t know until we do.

But here’s what we do know. Despite various domes of multiple metallic alloys in Israel, Iran, a country under sanctions for 47 years has methodically ripped them to shreds. So much so, that censorship in Israel is now greater than North Korea… Iran meanwhile appears transparent in comparison.
 
I can't see the PAF getting the J35 before it's operational with the PLAF. I think the PAF will follow a similar approach as the J10, wait until it's operational with the PLAF and matured before induction. The TFX is too much of an unknown and therefore too risky.

Yes but who exactly have the Israelis fought aside bombing villages in Palestine and Lebanon?
Their air to air combat capability is questionable and I asked this from US combat airmen themselves at RIAT who said the same. They told me they're great in their own area against poor regional rivals, but against an established air arm that's another thing. Their last air engagement was in 1985 downing some Syrian Mig 23's......
That being said the two won't meet and they're not a threat as such.

The only peer competitor in the area is Türkiye(though I would say they have slightly fallen back with the induction of the F-35i ). Egypt is not a peer competitor at all given that the bulk of their fleet has no BVR capability(question mark if the Rafales have the Meteor or not!) compared to virtually the entire IDF IAF being BVR capable.

Türkiye can rebalance once the Kaan is ready, until then, there is a capability advantage for the IDF IAF in pure air to air.

Yes agreed, just the Turks. But I'm sorry this is no insult to anyone but you can train however hard you want and posses whatever amount of tech, but if you haven't been battle tested there is a big question mark over you.
Conflicts are ugly and pressure tested even the most skilled practitioners.

True, the purge of the TuAF by Erdogan a few years back will not have helped matters much either.

The one real advantage Türkiye has, is that it is capable of taking out Israel's bases, runways and airfields, something that Iran could not do.

Türkiye can make Israel's small size, limited bases really pay heavily in any conflict given that so many of Türkiye have very good NATO level precision in their strike capabilities.

Future purchase for PAF should be getting hold of the Chinese AWACs KJ-300
