That is the only way to deter the Indians. Next war damage should be calculated in terms on $$. Simple equation,openly threaten to deal 100x damage to their economy. If we suffer, we will run the Indian economy into the ground.

As far as Pakistan is concerned, it should be open season against Indian economic targets.

Pakistan needs to be prepared and it should have all the intel ready. The moment India goes to misadventure the response needs to be swift. All targets identified.

Most modern missiles have self distruction mechanism if the AAM misses its target or the target escapes the missile max range or PAF may have intentionally killed the missle to avoid additional humiliation on india and further escalations. Which also explains why nose section is missing which houses the warhead.

I have already said it, Indians are not dumb.They don't BS us without a plan. They had the illusion that they will be safe inside their territory and would call of the conflict with a propaganda victory within the hour. Even after their jets were shot they were willing to deescalate. It was a bonus for them that they found out they can outlast in a missile war and now they will stick to it. Going after military targets is dumb, they can absorb hits all day. We need to go after their economic centers if we decide we cannot intentionally kill their civilians and killing their soldiers will be very very difficult as they are all bunkered up. We need to take out their economic centers, inflict downtime on their business and scared away foreign investors to cause real pain to their economies. We are not immune to such a counter move I agree, but I believe they will not risk it when they face 100x damage, as they have much much more to loose...
