These are not coming in jerry cans loaded on donkeys. They are coming by truck. Thousands every day. They cannot go offroad because of the terrian. They are using roads and passing thru manned checkpoints untouched.

Iran does not legally export much to Pakistan and most of its legal exports are by sea. Almost every truck coming from Iran into Pakistan is smuggling. This is the easiest thing to stop. But it continues.

The question in not how to stop the insurgency in Balochistan. The question is Is anyone interested in stopping the insurgency in Balochistan

That’s exactly the scenario we’re speed running. If ethno-centrists keep pushing, it’s only a matter of time until the other ethnic groups in the province unite against them. The same ethno-centrists will then be asking the federal government for protection.

I can sense anger growing against Balochs in Pakistan because even unlike TTP, they are slaughtering civilians on an ethnic basis.

People will grow tired of half assed political solutions and trying to pamper them and instead demand revenge.

And I honestly cant blame them, might even save a lot of time trying to buy them rather than just motivated armed groups dealing with them in their own language

Highly context dependent of said groups and how well controlled they are. There are also many examples of such groups being used for this purpose then disarmed.

What's worse is how many BLA have found to be teachers on government pay, or students who went to Karachi or Lahore for study

It's also happening in Balochistan especially in areas that border Punjab and Sindh...
Problem is that those are generally poor baloch tribals oathed to a certain tribal leader.
Meanwhile, the terrorist outfit has successfully leveraged marxist and ethnic identity ideology to propagate hate and take advantage of already griveance ridden youth... So much so that they are willing to lock horns with all of their neighbor ethnicities.. ( yes they have now started to target the Pushtuns as well ).
Now this conflict is entering it's final stages, while state has prioritized development after 7 decades, the new generation doesn't want to play ball... It wants to own the court... This will of course enter a bloody period and eventually soften after a decade or two but would require consistent hard-line policy against enablers and actors of terrorist activity. In tandem running migratory and development work in the province... Migration from Karachi and Sindh will be easier but Punjab and KPK would require more motivation...

Migration can be encouraged through banning of city scale housing projects in respective provinces. Yes you will have to stop the ducking DHA after DHA you are building in Punjab and Sindh.
