Over generalizing is not good, one should not label Jamat-e-Islami as a terrorist organization. It's like saying that Tablighi Jamat is terrorist organization.

Anyone can be hired to carry a flag and represent xyz group.

If you read my posts carefully I criticise both the "youth" (thug) wings of the Awami League and Jamaat e Islami, who have a notorious "youth" wing called Shibir, who were known to slice/cut the tendons of opponents off.

The Awami League were also troublemakers, but the difference is that they have been chased out of power, Jamaatis on the other hand have a long term multi-decade plan to capture power in Bangladesh and to realise a direct Bangladesh-India war or a "cold war" between Bangladesh and India which doesn't become a full on shooting war but similar to the hatred and hostility between India and Pakistan or in the middle east.

Bangladeshis will not allow Jamaat to do this, and we kicked Hasina out of the country and we will not tolerate nonsense from Jamaatis either.

Within one organization, there can be multiple people with multiple different agenda. Anyone can be manipulated with money regardless of which organization they belong to.

The fundamentalists hate Islamic history and culture, it goes against everything they believe so it must be shirk bidah and kufr, they use the actions of ignorant people to attack majority Muslims and also historical Islam. These fundamentalist are actually puritans/protestant types, also called reformists, they reject everything historical and claim they follow pure religion but reality is they follow modern westernised Islam. I can't understand why they would attack the Islamic history of Makka and Madina, tried to destroy the relics but thankfully Ottomans took it to Istanbul, in 1818 and then again 1925, also destroyed islamic history in Mali, Yemen, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Pakistan (tried), Saudi Arabia. People should know Israel is doing the exact same, using bulldozers to destroy Muslim graveyards. Some extreme versions even wanted to destroy the Kaba because they thought we worship Kaba by doing tawaf, we wash kaba, touch it, place expensive cloth on it and use perfume, face towards kaba during salah, as they say "Chickens come home to roost".
