Pakistan Air Force Transport

I still dont understand why cn235 taken out of service
The lightweight twin engine turboprop transport (cn-235/c27j) is a dead end. For the majority of tactical airlift missions, they can't do what a quad engine platform does. Any time you load them up with anything you sacrifice fuel/range. Better use rotorcraft and autonomous systems for light logistics.

Just take a look at what happened with the Russian Il-112V.

These 4 planes could be converted to gunship close air support

Mini AC-130. We do need a gunship for COIN missions. Especially those around Afghanistan

Cool, great idea. Lets throw in the R&D budget, the integration work, the years of testing and obtain certification for a fleet of 4 planes to do a job a UAV and a Gunship can do

Yes, "Mini AC-130" that cannot even fit a cannon.

Are you a HAL engineer?

I never took you for the smart type anyway. I didn't specifically say that CN235 needs to be converted. Manchild as you are, assumed it yourself. And why do we need to throw in R&D when the god damned OEM quite literally made a solution already
