Yes, there was a Chinese member who said something like that and I don't recall who he was. It is unfortunate that some members choose non Latin characters as their profile/DP names and we can't refer to them. You should be a bit more optimistic. During this 60 days Irán will get two important things,

One is time (60 days).
The other is money.

While enriching more uranium and manufacturing nuclear delivery systems, Irán just need to send the first payment (3.000 millions USD) directly to Russia and collect the complete Su35 squadron while assembling more missiles.
