With the exclusion of Malik Riaz from the real estate sector of Pakistan. The boom that you are hoping for is delayed by atleast 10 years.

Bahria was ponzi scheme. Now that they have stopped selling qabza plots, they don't even manage already build gated communities despite taking higher monthly fees then DHA.

Current govt is finally doing something about it to bring the confidence back. The days of selling files are over, no more over selling or selling files before even buying land. Escrow account will protect buyers. The builder will only see money if project is completed.

Both of us are adults and both of us have developed brains. We know how to read and how to comprehend. So it shouldn't be a news to you when I say it is just vendetta against malik riaz because he wasnt playing the game anymore.

Before he was asked to give statement against a particular person, everything was great with bahria town. No issue of power cuts on gas supply. But suddenly their accounts were frozen, electricity was cut down and common residents had to suffer because of week long power cuts.

I agree that Bahria town was made over Graves and qabza land. Not even disputing that. I told you he was corrupt to the core. Not defending him at all. But he was the one who revolutionized real state and housing schemes in Pakiatan. The bahria icon tower that this thread is so proud of, was built by him. He even proposed to build a Manhattan over Karachi island..... but that was not accepted by government because of environmental concerns "weird".

Bahria town Karachi was fined Rs460bn in PTI govt. By 2023 his legal troubles were so much that he wanted to get away by playing victim of establishment for supporting Imran Khan. Like that mattered at all. When establishment want to jail you, they don't need crooks like Malik Riaz.

Imran Khan inaugurated CBD/RUDA Lahore is the way to go. Govt authorities get the land and oversight while asking private investors to build.

Yah. Right. But still they needed 100+ press conferences from PTI members against Imran Khan.

Hell, they even needed (and later used) a murderer MNA who was absconder and fled out of Pakistan. But then establishment needed him to vote against IK so he came back and instead of being arrested he went to national assembly and voted against IK.

So please dont tell me that Imran khan was another walk in the park for establishment. They needed all of them to come against him. Religious clerics, businessmen, politicians, media persons, sportsman and what not. Bas sirf hijry reh gye thy. Unka b use kar lia phir inho ne PTI kay against.
