migration has been going on for hundreds of years. What was Canadian culture 500 years ago there was no english or french speakers.

Cultures change people move and what not. I mean for example the original English were chased into the hills and mountains of wales. So you could say real English culture is practiced in wales lol

They are realizing they are a third-world country in every way.
