US has no manpower in Iraq for such invasion and Israel is also not in position to mount any such ground attack.

if there is another military confrontation(and I think there will be one more from the USA on Iran before this is fully over), that operation will be try and remove Iran's "choke hold" over the Straits. It will fail of course, and Iran will maintain control over the straights. It does not take much to control the straits. A few tankers hit, and it is closed...

This is why the USA is focusing on the Infrastructure that Iran uses to monitor the straits.

The invasion of Iran mainland is over, the USA tried that and failed with its failed Isfahan operation that was disguised as a pilot rescue operation when discovered.
