Russians are generally considered Finno Ugric and genetically a lot of them are haplogroup N, very different from say Western Europeans.

Good move

The French gov lost patience with domestic weapons manufacturers. Should they not hurry making more and faster weapons the gov will take the control and nationalize the companies.
The “law on army” of 2023 gives the gov the authorization.
France is ready for war against Russia should it come to a blow.

UK nationalized Leyland which led to its demise. Nationalization is bad move for a western country. State owned enterprise is badly managed and won't survive.
