Why should Pakistan accept a British criminal?

UK is a country that has stripped the citizenship of Shamima Begum -- who was born in the UK --

This was very shameful by the UK and it means that all British born Citizens "citizenship" of none-white value is less than a white persons "citizenship" whose "citizenship" cannot be stripped because there is "no one else to take them"..

Basically with this act, the UK created a 2-tier "citizenship" model with that action.

Well Bangladesh did the right thing by formally denying her transfer to Bangladesh. I don't think she ever had dual nationality though so perhaps the decision was technically more straightforward for them. Pakistan should, ideally, also find some way to not accept this individual.

Absolutely shocking how they dealt with her.

Underage British girl brainwashed into leaving for Syria to become a child bride and they made her stateless.

Be that as it may or may not, Pakistan, Bangladesh and anyone else should not make it a habit for Britain to send its unwanted criminals to them.

Why should developing nations turn "clemency" into some sort of transnational business? We need to push back against this judicial model before it becomes institutionalised.

Na dont deport him. If he has committed this crime and found guilty - dont waste time and taxpayers money - Just administer the death penalty. Not one normally advocating this but scum needs to be removed from society and example established for crimes like this.

For this particular crime, they should be forced to eat thier own testicles first before execution.

Should lawmakers propose that all Pakistani citizens be subjected to Pakistani laws anywhere in the world along with obligation to pay taxes to the State of Pakistan regardless where that money is earned?

Local law should be applied in whatever realm a crime is committed.

This why faux "advocacy" groups like that Detained In Dubai are nothing more than a front for clandestine and subversive social activity by hostile intel agencies.

The hypocrisy of the Brits is truly something.

Brits have committed sexual crimes abroad, against local laws, then have been rightly punished for said crimes, only for London and its agencies to adopt a completely opposite approach to the standards applied domestically. Suddenly, sex fiends are "victims" of "excessive foreign laws" or some "miscarriage of justice".

Hypocrisy in defence of sexual crime!
