They can always just print more you do know Americas debt is huge pentagon will never run out of money and congress will approve if they’re pushed into a corner

killing POTUS would be an incredible achievement for a regional power like Iran

but the question is: then what happens ...
Well if you believe the official story then the Soviets killed JFK and nothing happened. If you don't believe the official story, israel killed him and nothing happened.

Why do you react so offended? Checkbook diplomacy is the foundation of Saudi foreign policy.
'Financial incentives' are the first and most important leverage of Riyadh in the Middle East and even in Western capitals including Beijing.
I’m actually not to be honest I’m actually asking a question first time I heard Saudis are bankrolling the Houthis I was asking the other moderator who would know if it’s true or not are there actually sources but seriously I’m not offended nor would I get offended

I hope Iran launches an overwhelming offensive after Ayatollah Khamenei's Funeral in Iraq and Iran, which will continue until Sunday

Well if you believe the official story then the Soviets killed JFK and nothing happened. If you don't believe the official story, israel killed him and nothing happened.

Or he was just killed by Lee Harvey Oswald and there is no Grand conspiracy.

It’s quite clear (and I and many others said it then) that Iran agreed to a ceasefire too quickly.

As Iran’s leverage was just about to grow:
  • Israeli interceptors down to single digit
  • American and Arab interceptors running low
  • 100M barrels of tankers stuck in strait
  • 13 MBPD of oil offline
It naively trusted the West to keep their word and agreed to a ceasefire before anything was actually agreed upon! The dumbest ceasefire in the history of ceasefires.

Look at Putin, yes the war is going terribly because he played too cute in the early days. But he won’t agree to a ceasefire until a deal is signed. If Iran was in that situation it would have agreed to 100 ceasefires in the last 4 years against Ukraine with no preconditions or deal in hand.

Iran both underplayed its hand and then is now overplaying its weakened hand. This is hallmark Iranian decision making. In Iran-Iraq war, Iraq offered a ceasefire and Iran decided that it wanted to march on Karbala, prolonging the war another 6 years and hundreds of thousands of lives.

Now in the America-Iran war when refusing a ceasefire would have severely hurt your enemy, instead you gave him a gift by agreeing quickly to a ceasefire and relieved the pressure.

If Iran kept fighting for 30-60 days, the U.S. would have given Iran the strait. Yes Iran would have lost probably some bridges and some oil installations and refineries, but so would have the entire Arab world. Thus further exacerbating the oil issue instead of 13MBPD, imagine 20M, then imagine 30M.

KSA, UAE and Oman have alternatives. They don't entirely depend on SOH. They will not starve. Even in the war, KSA and UAE kept selling their oil, although not at pre-war levels.

SOH closure do effect them but not to the extent that you are saying. They will earn billions even with limited sales which is still higher then most rich countries if you see per capita wealth coming into the countries. Not to mention, wealth accumulated before that is already a lot.

The ones who gets most effected are Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Iraq.
Well then choke the Mandeb strait too no?

Don't let em export anything.

They must be starved to death.
