Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Looking at the concluding statement from the #IRGC (see the end of the below communique from IRGC), Trump could be right and the IRGC may not be interested in to engage in a prolonged fight with the US military.

It remains to be seen how will the IRGC be able to continue the blockade on the Strait of Hormuz if all that they can manage is to lob a few missiles at empty US military bases in Bahrain and Kuwait whenever the US military attacks 100s of targets inside Iran. Frankly, something doesn't look right with this latest Iranian response.

Trump is claiming that NATO could get involved in Iran. If true the current exchange of attacks is the prelude to a bigger and much more extensive war against IRI.

NATO is a defensive group. Article 5 was invoked only once and NATO's history.

United States invoked article 5 after 9/11

America attacked Iran Israel attacked Iran now Iran is defending itself individual nations from nato if they chose to join could but honestly who at this point would openly fight along trump it would be political suicide at home all he’s done is make sure those countries who were allies once upon a time looking at America with distrust and contempt

NATO is not getting involved in that war. Again, they are purely defensive organization.

In order for NATO to go into action, a NATO Ally has to declare article 5 which means "an attack on one is an attack on all"
.
The United States obviously wasn't attacked

I totally agree but doesn’t mean individual nations can’t join but highly doubtful honestly if I was a betting man I would put a thousand down but seriously night

I feel the only thing iran can do (if war) is to just close and **** up totally the entire global economy by ensuring ZERO shipping thru the SOH so that western and other economies are all severely affected and don’t let up until shit hits the fan globallyand keep going even after that.
Iran must choke the oil, gas and shipping supplies of ALL, no exceptions!!
**** them all as they say…..is Iran willing to do that, does it have the capability??

And this time ensure that Jordan also suffers big consequences of being a israeli slave as well as india too.
Iran has to teach israeli supporters a lasting lessons

Oh very true, other nations on their own can certainly get involved. But as far as I can see, most European Nations are pretty hesitant.

KUWAIT/MANAMA: Kuwait and Bahrain said their air defenses were responding “hostile missile and drone attacks” early Thursday, hours after the Iranian military vowed to hit back in response to another round of US airstrikes against Iran.

“The General Staff of the Army notes that any explosions heard are a result of air defense systems intercepting hostile attacks,” the Kuwait military said in a post on X, without specifying their origin.

Explosions were heard in Bahrain’s capital on Thursday, an AFP correspondent in Manama said, moments after authorities sounded air raid sirens to warn of an attack.

Qatar also issued an alert but the Ministry of Interior, in a statement carried by the Qatar News Agency, later announced “the end of the security threat.”

The attacks came after Iran’s Revolutionary Guards vowed to retaliate following another round of US strikes on Iranian territory.

Iranian state media later reported that the Guards had launched missiles and drones targeting two US military bases in Kuwait and two in Bahrain.

A day earlier, Kuwait’s military said it had intercepted two missiles and 13 drones launched from Iran, underscoring the growing frequency of cross-border attacks as the confrontation between Tehran and Washington intensifies.

The latest strikes follow Iranian attacks earlier this week on US military facilities in Kuwait and Bahrain, which drew widespread international condemnation and heightened concerns that the conflict could spread across the Gulf.

Saudi Arabia strongly condemned the attacks, describing them as violations of the sovereignty of Kuwait and Bahrain and breaches of international law. The Kingdom called on Iran to immediately halt what it described as repeated acts of aggression and warned that continued escalation threatened regional security and stability.

The United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt and Oman also condemned the earlier attacks, urging restraint and renewed diplomatic efforts to prevent a wider regional conflict. China likewise called on both Washington and Tehran to avoid reigniting war and to return to dialogue.

The latest exchange comes as regional mediation efforts face mounting pressure after recent US-Iran understandings appeared to unravel following renewed military action. The conflict has also disrupted shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, where Iranian attacks on commercial vessels in recent days have further raised concerns over the security of one of the world’s busiest energy corridors.

I don't know whether NATO will eventually get involved or not, but I know one thing for sure: The Europeans aren't doing jackshit to build up their own capabilities or an alternative to NATO.
I beg to disagree. The Europeans are doing a LOT for indigenous programs in weapons, satellites and intelligence sharing, some countries are furiously rearming like Poland and Germany, and Europe has begun heavily courting Turkey as an alternative to the US. They are doing this quietly hence people have not noticed. Europe also showed its teeth to the US over Ukraine and Greenland. Still it will take Europe 15 to 25 years to end its dependence on the US. We are getting off topic so I will stop there.

I wouldn't be so sure about a potential NATO involvement. You're underestimating European submissiveness to America. Bear in mind that Europe's refusal to enter the war in the past was due to the fact that they didn't see a clear benefit. If the equation changes and they see a net profit for Europe, they will not hesitate to attack Iran. I fear they also convinced Erdoğan to remain neutral in exchange for an array of concessions.

He was on a special tour to weave a web around Erdogan... ipso facto an op! He was the one who removed Turkiye from the F 35 program and put sanctions on Turkiye... refused to provide advanced air defense...

What changed?

In fact, everything that he did back then ... stands true today, more so... zion wanted monopoly over power back then... more so today. They still sell the same victim snake oil... it doesn't sell anymore... even the cover is blown.
So why charm Erdogan? Turkiye as everyone else will wait till the other shoe drops. While US will restrain and sanction Turkiye to back off and absorb the blows while zion throws a few punches!
Second, the Ukrainian front is getting heated... Russia may escalate as the pain threshold keep increasing and they know they're fighting NATO. Turkiye may be needed on that front as well? Do Turks want to be a Canon fodder... on the front lines...it will become too complicated for Ankara unless they put their foot down and don't get carried away. As for Iran... NATO isn't going to take on Iran!.. at best the support systems as US already uses... if oil tanker traffic remains plugged till the end of September there wouldn't be much recourse for mid terms... even if he wants to distract voters... or another ruse for MAGA in the form of communist threat. Laying groundwork for battlefield America as the poor reel under the thumb of organized money manipulating cartels... swapping one thing for another... and try to kick the can one last time.

I respect you, man. I truly do, but I stopped reading after you said Europe had begun "courting Turkey as an alternative to the US" lol
