India Economy Thread

I had a look at the report, rather than a selective framing

Correct me if I'm wrong,By all means I mean this, I saw no link between this increase in expenditure of a definition of intangible assets to actual economic output.

More broadly it is making the case that AI and all the associated uptake is helping drive some metrics which resemble the characteristics of intangible assets but not the characteristic of economic value or any income.

It might mean something or it might mean not much

I am not going to correct anything, you wrote some gibberish which I skipped entirely. Hope that helps

It's funny seeing someone sitting in the UK lecture India on economic output. Smells like someone's a bit rattled.

That was actually my point, the article is nothing to do with economic output per se, these are intangible assets unrelated to economic output.

Sometimes you need to have some self awareness to know when you self pwn yourself.

Otherwise stick to the topic

Himadri's real strength is battery materials. They built their graphite anode technology through 14 years of in-house R&D, know-how from scratch and it's now reached commercial production. They're expanding into LFP cathode materials too but their core expertise is still carbon chemistry and making high-quality anode materials at scale.
Himadri is not stopping at standard LFP. Its in-house R&D is working on:
LMFP cathode materials to improve energy density.
High-performance LFP for passenger EVs with better cycle life and range.
AI-assisted optimization of cathode materials.
Research into next-generation cathode chemistries beyond LFP.

They got wiped out by Indian and East Asian car makers but they're trying to restart their manufacturing in India. Ford cars a quite rare on the streets. Most cars are Suzuki.

Does India still manufacture the Hindustan Ambassador?

Mate, which world are you living in?

Indian automobile industry is heading towards BS-VII, CAFE III norms, EVs and hydrogen fuel cells. That's where the market is going. You think Hindustan Ambassador can just ignore all that and still stay in business?

You missed adulterated fuel i.e. ethanol and isobutanol
