In Dera Ismail Khan, the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) killed a wanted terrorist involved in the targeted killing of a CTD constable.

According to a CTD statement, a wanted terrorist was killed during an intelligence-based operation in Dera Ismail Khan district.

The slain terrorist was identified as Khalid alias Commander, who was wanted in multiple cases, including the targeted killing of CTD Constable Muhammad Ali, who was martyred on March 17, 2025.

The department said it had received confirmed intelligence through its technical team that Khalid was present in the Korai area within the jurisdiction of Shorkot police station.

Acting on the information, a CTD Special Weapons and Tactics team launched a targeted intelligence-based operation early on Saturday on the Tank-Dera Ismail Khan Road.

“During the operation, the terrorist was surrounded, repeatedly asked to surrender and attempts were made to arrest him. However, instead of surrendering, he opened indiscriminate fire on personnel,” the statement said. It added that he was killed after the CTD retaliated.

He says that Pakistani citizens and security forces are targeted by terrorist attacks every day, while no country in the world allows individuals without legal documents to reside and engage in long-term business activities.

History is witness; whether the Taliban are in power or democratic governments, Afghans have never told their own government: "Do not allow our soil to be used against Pakistan."

I am normally forgiving of the military and security, simply because they have an incredible difficult job to do in a tough environment dealing with a bunch of jahils and donkeys




But where the hell is our fast response, on the eastern border we seem to have it, India is monitored, we respond to Indian movements etc


But on the western border, a police station can be in a 3 fcuking hour shoot out with terrorists and their is
No back up?
No drones?
No helicopter support?

Literally what the fcuk is this

Create fast response units, set up helicopter units, buy some additional chinese or Turkish helicopters, or give the old cobras to provide support

Set up some drone units


As soon as police or security, radio that they are under attack

Get the drones and helicopters in the air

One Ariel attack from a drone could end a attack


At a minimum we could kill multiple hostiles

This is simply UNFORGIVABLE, and I don't know why it hasn't been resolved

They need to relocate the people to Peshawar or other towns, give them jobs and housing and heavily militarize the entire border belt until a more friendly regime takes over in Afghanistan.

There should be 200k regular infantry in FATA alone and a further 300k along the Balochistan border.

They should do a recruitment drive and boost their numbers to 1 million troops to make sure India is covered.

FC should be converted to local rapid SWAT teams for things like bank heists or a couple of troublemakers with ak47s.

Majority of terrorists being from south KPK isnt surprising as like 80% are just from Waziristan. But so many facilitators along with even 241 govt employees mean the rot is deep in KPK. Its just 1 district responsible for 80% of terrorists in KPK. But TTP sympathizers are found everywhere. But not every pashtun is willing to die for them. They shift that responsibility to Waziristan.

It doesn't matter how wide spread the violence is, problem is that people have no issue with cut throats, and those who bomb girls schools, i see no large scale protests or uproar from public over any of that, sympathizers are as guilty as the ones who did the violence, they hide ttp, they give them shelter, resources to carry out attacks, they love Afghanistan more than they love Pakistan, if that's the case why not move to Afghanistan? there is shariah there, Taliban ruling, Maan-o-salwa is coming down from heaven. TTP is still alive only because of local support, and ttp/Bla/raw doesn't give up because they know they will always find recruit from these societies. That's why you see some other cities like Lahore, Karachi, or in general Sindh/Punjab gets less people willing to blow themselves up for 50000 rupee and 72 virgins.

if you wanna go back to 1980's and apply the violence today to that its stupid, none of the TTP fighters, the supporters were part of the original fight with soviets, and why this violence doesn't happen in KSA? because they fund and provide idological base for that "Jihad" ? did you notice that any violence is often excused for the 1980's policy as that it become a constant, like you are telling me that KPK society is so brain dead that it never recover from that? and still living in that past? if so then I am right to say they are uncivilized stupid people, but people call me racists while justify violence blaming something that happen 40 years ago. There are many examples of people who grew from violence, genocide and today they are prosper and thriving can we say the same for KPK? India and ANA tap into KPK because they know that common sense is not very common in that area, you just have to poke the society and let them see it all burn, all they have to do is throw few thousands rupee and let the shit in Pakistan blow up.
