I really hope Iran has a backup plan to maintain its nuclear progress even if key facilities like Pickaxe Mountain get targeted.

If the 10 day war has taught us anything, it is that conventional weapons, no matter how advanced the drones or ballistic missiles are, won't fully deter powers like the US or Israel to strike Iran's nuclear facilities. A nuclear option is pretty much the ultimate defense key here. Iran has played a decent defensive game so far with some surprising initiatives taken. But being reactive isn't going to cut it anymore. They need to be much more proactive about securing that deterrent. The only true way, is through a nuclear weapon.

Pickaxe wasn’t even originally designed to be an enrichment hall. It was designed to be a centrifuge production facility after the pilot building above ground in Natanz was sabotaged by Mossad. By being in a mountain Iran could restrict and control who has access to it from bombing and sabatoge.

Only later did speculation arise that Iran could make it bigger than intended to also contain a separate enrichment hall. It has never been confirmed as IAEA has never visited since it’s not complete.

They have already normalized Tabriz and Shiraz. It’s only a matter of time before they strike Tehran.

they are attacking missile bases not the cities themselves

and still haven't attacked Esfahan or Tehran

they are restrained for now. no more strikes against bridges, energy infrastructure, or major cities outside of the south.

Refueler went into air some 2 hours ago from BG, yet IR didnt target bases in advance. Now they will retaliate to US daily dose of strikes.

Why the hell never initiate the attack. The ceasefire has collapsed already.
