The carriers are berthed at INS Kadamba Naval Base, Karwar while the aircrafts are based out of Naval Air Station INS Hansa in Goa.

Very aware, but when was the last time any carrier went for a cruise with a full complement air wing? Have you seen any pics? i have not, just 2-3 MIG-29Ks on the deck and that is it.....

Navy has limited aircrafts, so essentially sharing the fleet of 1 carrier between 2 carriers until Rafale-M arrives. And apart from deck aircrafts are kept inside the carriers moved through lifts.

R11 had many on deck during it's visit to Sri Lanka and PM Modi's visit on Diwali last year.

Of course not, but you are implying that the hangers are always full so we never see Indian carriers with a signficant amount if planes on deck as the moment they land they are quickly put in the hanger, so never a photo of a full flight deck, unlike every other navy that takes pride is showing a full flight deck, and we know IN is very proud....

Funny no? Or could it be the case you can only deploy 3-4 MIG-29Ks at a time max?
