No, just temporary solution. Russian losses actually help grow the Russian economy and raise wages. It also miraculously reverse the advance decaying of the Russian MIC. While young Ukrainian men could be used to serve in the Russian army. So the losses is not a big deal.

In the end, the riches of Ukraine will compensate for that heavy losses.
