Its not civilian or air liner engine, If this is a expected thrust of your VCE engine, It will overpower for both J-36/J-50 and will have extreme T/W and lift to drag ratio for both of your 6th gen jets

Even the eventual thrust of the deployed engine will be smaller than during its test stage, just like the GE9X had a maximum thrust of 61 tonnes during its engineering test, but its actual thrust on the Boeing 777X is 50 tonnes.

China's VCE has achieved a maximum afterburner thrust of 270 KN during its high altitude test, but its actual maximum thrust after being deployed on the J-36/J-50 can still easily exceed 200 KN.

That's perfectly normal, isn't it? Take China as an example. Part of the JF-17 production line was transferred to Pakistan under license, allowing Pakistan to manufacture the aircraft. Back then, the Soviet Union also transferred some MiG technology to China. There's nothing to deny about that. It's just a historical fact. Why keep bringing it up?

China reverse engineered MIG-21 engines in the 1970s and 1980s. China received initial samples and incomplete data before the Sino-Soviet split in 1960, and then the cut off.
