I think you're talking about the ones in the US Army.

I think they (including Senior Officers) roll up the sleeve.

Yeah, that was my point, we do not have half sleeves or even role up sleeves, you see US/Wester generals do this all the time, while Indians have half sleeve. Is this some sort of Pak Army culture?

I guess..., when you're in GHQ or some Base/Barracks you gotta wear it as it is.

Although/However, when you're out in the Field - even your Superiors probably don't give a f#*k 'cause its more important to stay alive then keep up an image.

Yeah, in the field completely different, just interesting the brass do not allow it in a very hot country on base or GHQ
